The Flexible Premium Annuity Rate will be 3.50% plus .25% for amounts over
$10,000. 3.75% for over $10,000 is very competitive in today’s interest

rates. These rates are for payments received in New Haven July 1, 2009
through September 30, 2009, and are guaranteed till June 30, 2010. And
your annuity/IRA is guaranteed not to drop below 3.00% ever.

The interest rate for funds on deposit which have been receiving their
interest rate for one year or more will be 3.80%.
